Bill, 

There is a lot of noise on DX-QSL about DJ7AA's
operation in Panama. 
Most are saying that his cards have been
rejected by DXCC desk. Some 
say their card's were accepted. Some are
saying that past operations 
were not authorized but the current one
is. 

Can you shed some light on this and I'll pass it along.
