[Dx-qsl] HP1/DJ7AA

I had the same experience, nice color photo HP1/DJ7AA card in hand that
doesn't count for DXCC and no card received for 3E1A. Unfortunately, I still
need HP on 160 meters. Is there any hope of either cards for 3E1A or
documentation for HP1/DJ7AA?

I ultimately got the card for HP1/DJ7AA but then after the LONG wait
it was not accepted at ARRL. He then went again as 3E1A and that is a
counter but he never did QSL.

I asked Bill Moore if 3E1A would count and he said yes he has the
paperwork. I no longer need it so don't care at this point. Worked
HP3XUG who is a VERY good qsler so HP is now confirmed on 160.
