I ultimately got the card for HP1/DJ7AA but then after the LONG wait
it was not accepted at ARRL. He then went again as 3E1A and that is a
counter but he never did QSL.
I asked Bill Moore if 3E1A would count and he said yes he has the
paperwork. I no longer need it so don't care at this point. Worked
HP3XUG who is a VERY good qsler so HP is now confirmed on 160.
