i heard a rumor that vlad will be returning home in  the spring (and the 
mountain of qsls undoubtedly awaiting him).  can anyone  verify this yet?  
 
 i've sent 6 mailings to him, for africa  operations, and have another one 
that i'm going to hold until i hear  something.  my (and i assume many other 
folks') band country total is going  to jump nicely if and when the qsls arrive 
from him.
