[Dx-qsl] QSAL'ing SASE's

Very frankly, I for one don't see any reason to play with foreign stamps at
all. Reasons are simple.
- you neve know what will be the postage cost in a XXX country the day your
mailing arrives there (it can change next day after you send it). If it
really happens (your stamps don't cover the postage anymore), you can either
your card via the bureau at best, or you get simply nothing. In the meantime
GSs and IRCs will always retain their value
- it might simply look offensive, like, hello guy, i don't trust you and
suggest, you can use my money for something else but stamps, therefore get
the stamps instead of money and send me your card back.
- 2 GS will cover mailing costs from virtually anywhere. Normally it is
somewhat cheaper. So make the people happy with a few cents leftover, they
will be more than happy to send you a card.
- for whatever reason an IRC costs fortune in most of countries. If you send
a guy an IRC, he will be just happy to get it to use for his own QSL
requests, while he will buy local stamps much cheaper than the IRC costs and
send you the card you want.
- the foreign stamps' package normally costs more than 2 GS or an IRC, so
why buy it at all?

Just IMHO.
