If you are alluding to ARI QSL bureau it is not
in Rome. It is in Milano.

Man, that is bad news for all of us who use the buros. I've a box full
of cards ready to mail to the outgoing service right now - and am going
to have to look but am sure I have some for those. DX is really making
it difficult for all of us- and I just hope they are encouraging the
members to go to LOTW, at the least. The one that amazes me is the
Vatican - good grief it cant be more than a half mile across - if that-
. You would think they could walk over and get the cards.
