Good Morning Everyone:

The following Bureaus are now closed for the ARRL Outgoing Bureau Service.  

C6:     Bahamas
C2:     Nauru
ST:     Sudan
HV:     Vatican City State
4J:     Azerbaijan
V4:     Saint Kitts & Nevis

I'll look up the QSL managers for the cards I have on hand and send them on
their way to the manager or back to the originator.
