Am confused by something from EA7FTR's QRZ profile. He says: "QSL received Direct with SAE with 2USD/IRC = Direct." Does that mean with 2 US dollars or one IRC or 2 IRCs = Direct? Anyone with experience on this? 73 Rich NN3W
