    Here what I got back from Ilian:-

I received some letters from couple of americans about my QSL info. Yes,
LZ1ZF (Gosho) is still my QSL manager and he response to each received
letter. It is not a problem to send to my personal address but I would
like Gosho to get QSL cards. I do not know about this problem, because
there is many sites with information about my operation from Iraq and
QSL info. By the way, Gosho is too busy with his job and he does not
have free time to respons to everyone faster. But he is very correct
manager and I am sure he will confirm each o ne QSO with me with
beautiful QSL from me.

i think we have to wait a bit longer. Ilian is great guy but he is a bit
busy now with his personal life for the time being.
