Try

       A typical email to QRZ should look like this:

            To: support at qrz.com
            Subject: callsign xx1xxx (&lt- your callsign here) 

Please be as descriptive as possible when telling us about your problem.
Always mention your callsign in the in the message, especially if you're
having a problem.

Having said that there is a way to contact LLoyd directlyof I couldonly
rmemeber  how
