Same problem here Bill, for a Nov '05 low-band QSO. Ten days ago I 
e-mailed both Ilian YI9LZ/LZ1CNN and his manager Gosho LZ1ZF. No 
reply from either thus far. I'll try again later today, but serious 
measures might be necessary, like registered mail or FedEx (though 
QRZ.COM has only a box number for Gosho).
