[Dx-qsl] Update KH6ND/KH5

In regard to KH6ND/KH5 and if it makes any difference for your inquiry,
please know Mike has operated two separate times from KH5.  The first was
for an extended stay in 2000 and I can provide cards for that one and he
was there last year for  a short stay and Frank K2PF can provide those
cards.

But we exchange cards sent that are for the wrong dates so no matter what
you will get your card.

ALSO be advised K2PF provides cards for KH6ND home operations from
Hawaii.
