[Dx-qsl] V63JA QSL WANTED

Hi

I had a qso with V63JA in april 2001 on 160mx at the time i have JJ1TZK as 
the manager but recently after going through my log i see
he didnt reply, so looking in the usual spots like qrz and some of the qsl 
manager listings this is not listed any more for some reason

So tried a email to JJ1TZK at jarl.com and even that bounced

Would anyone have any clues you can share please, MAYBE SOMEONE IN ja CAN 
HELP/?
