I cannot find the QSL info for LY2LY.  I find all sorts of urls that show
the call.  He is not listed in the LY call list, yet appears to have been
around awhile, inluding part of a certificate club in Europe.    Worked him
as 9Y/LY2LY 15 FEB 05, and a spot around that time says qsl via YL2LY- but
think someone may have just typed that backwards.  Need it for 160.
