[Dx-qsl] When does it make sense to mail directly to anincoming DX bureau?

and then for us "normal" folks (we all know there is  something not quite 
normal about managers, don't we??      .... ..  .... ..) the arrl outgoing is 
no-muss, no-fuss.  i don't  send many cards via buro - mostly in answer to those 
received that way.   for the 200-300 cards i send a year, the $8 a pound is a 
i-don't-have-to-do-much  solution.  the money i would save by mailing direct 
to buros sure wouldn't  buy me a new rig.
