[Dx-qsl] When does it make sense to mail directly to
anincoming DX bureau?

Ron, Basically, the M bag is a mail sack (come in several sizes). YOu put your qsls in a box (ideally), toss them in the sack, put a label on the bag (ties on the closure), put a customs label (the green on e) on the label, and put a thing in the mail clasp. Address the box innside (JUST IN CASE it is lost), fill out the customs label, and the ship to address goes on the label and the piece of paper in the mail clasp.
Drag to your post office, tell them you want M BAG SURFACE...and away you go.
If you do a lot of bureau cards, let me know.....there are many ways to peel an onion.....
