Just got my envelope back from Mayotte for FH5CB, marked 'npai" whatever
that means.  Looking around in data bases, Buck says he is apparently a
silent Key.   Anyone know for sure?  Is there any hope someone else has his
logs?

Also envelope with 3 cards from FG5VR direct sent about 5 weeks ago, and
containing confirmations for 6 contacts, including 160 meters CW.
