Yes, from Randy W5UE for HC8N 160m, within 4 months.
Randy has been somewhat slower than usual due to damage from hurricane 
Katrina at his QTH.
I've always found him to be a good reliable QSL mgr, but if you're worried, 
send him an email as per QRZ.com.
