[Dx-qsl] Re IRCs

OK Dennis - no problems - the guy in my local post office will exchnage 
them for stamps if required.  I tend not to keep large supplies of IRCs 
so that I don't get left with them. 

What concerns me is AFTER 31st December, I'm sure there are of lot of 
hams who will continue to use the old "new style"
IRCs  and will be disappointed if their cards are returned via the 
buro.   I'm sure there will be a lot of
arguments and bad feeling.   There are actually people out there who 
think that QSL managers actually make money.
I find its amazing how many direct requests I get without any return 
postage whatsoever - and they are NOT ALL from eastern european or ex 
Russian Countries.    New hams seem to be ignorant of QSLing facts and 
procedures.

The final courtesy of a QSO is supposed to be a QSL,  I'd suggest the 
final courtesy is adding some return postage hihi.

See you and Anita at FHN again.   I enjoyed you company last year.
