Hi Pat,
I have not heard this station but I collect since 2003 the reported QSLs on  
this
newsgroup (DX-QSL). A scan showed me that someone reported a QSL here in  
2006.
(Direct and via bureau)
QSL to DL9USA with SASE (self addressed stamped envelope).
That's all I have. If you are interested in my files, I will send.
