He says to QSL VU4AN/VU3TLY via IK1PMR. I find my QSO in his online log, 
but not in the one at http://www.dx-pedition.de/andaman2006/logs.html

It appears to me that the logs may not yet have been uploaded to this 
site. In any case, there are two conflicting QSL routes for VU4AN/VU3TLY.
