[Dx-qsl] looking for others willing

to form a syndicate and send a mass mailing to Joca.
We've been told that Joca, PY0S/PS7JN is victim of postal 'misappropriation's.
I've gotten a number of qsl's from Joca previously, but my last request appears to have 
been undelivered.

So I'm willing to be the front man.
I'll take the qsls, and your sae's.
I'll send the qsls in a mass registered mailing.
When I get the qsls back, I'll fill your sase's and send them to you.

According to USPO, Global Priority is $9.50, pickup receipt is an additional $13.50.

I think this becomes a good deal if we can get 10 members to form the syndicate.
So if 10 members send me $2.00 plus the qsls and sase. I think we can pull this off. If I 
can get more in the 1# max mailing, I'll refund proportionally.

If anyone can find a better form of mailing to Brazil, such as 'registered' or whatever, 
let me know as I searched the site, but couldn't find alternatives.

I've been participants in 'syndicates' previously, they have been successful.
First time proposing one so if someone has a better plan, I'm open to suggestions.
