Had a 160 meter contact with KC4OSJ in 1999, and never got a card.
Attempting again and see that both Buck and QRZ.com are showing that Joseph
K Bales had that call in the past, and is now K4JKB. The email address in
Buck is no good, and the web page listed there gives no hints of past calls,
nor his present email address.   Does anyone know if this was the holder of
KC4OSJ Antarticia station in 1999?  IF so, any idea of a present email
address?
