I think Hrane is your best bet for getting 3V8BB confirmed. He's 
probably been there more than anybody else in the last few years and 
I'm betting you'll get at least 1 or 2 of your requests confirmed. 
Failing that, he's often QRV from there (lately as TS3A) during CQWW 
in the fall on all bands, so it should be easy to re-work and get a 
card. My last request for 3V8BB came back in August 2004 after a 2 
month turnaround. TS3A came back in 3 months last summer (April - July).
