[Dx-qsl] New style IRCs vs. Old Style IRCs

New ones have expiration dates, measure about 4" x 6' in size and have watermarked images on them.

Old ones are about 3" x 4" in size, are yellowish in color and officially have no expiration date.

BTW, USPS here in D.C. refused to cash my 1997 dated IRCs which had a face value of $0.95 on them....
