     You  may  have  seen  that  KZ2I posted an email this afternoon re:
     V51AS

     Steve  shipped  a group of cards to Frank-V51AS via registered mail
     on  Feb 4
     of  this year and got the V51 qsl today. Contributions  covered the
     cost of the
     mailing there and back.

     After  2  previous  mailings  without  success(not registered), I'm
     going to
     organize  a  similar  effort  to  KZ2I's to be mailed approximately
     April  15.
