Bernie, I mailed & subitted via LoTW (Hybrid submission) the 2nd week of Feb.
I see my LoTW was accepted and credited on Mar. 11.
I do not see the VISA charge as yet.
But my DXCC/Challenge numbers have increased reflecting my submission so I will be 
expecting card return soon.>
