Until I get confirmation of what is happening over here, I ceratinly am
not going to buy them, but my intimation is that they are perfectly
valid within the UPU, as per the email received.
I know a lot of people are having problems with them, and I do genuinely
'feel' for those people.

We'll see what happens on Monday when I take mine down to the local PO.
