[Dx-qsl] 5T0JL not valid for DXCC?

Yes, 5T0JL is not valid for DXCC for his 2006 activity, because "No
documentation received" reason. I contacted with Jean ON8RA (operator)
and he sent two weeks ago additional papers to NC1L. No answer from
Bill yet, probably he is in vacation now. We have to wait.
