FO/DL5XU received today.  sent via DL3APO 3feb06  w/2gs.  return envelope had 
nearly the whole bottom ripped off.  card  was just big enough to stay in.  
no attempt had been made to fix the  envelope.
 
and in same mail, i got my arrl sweepstakes section  winner certificate.  
envelope is stamped twice ' do not bend' but it was  bent in half causing fold in 
cert.  
 
so tomorrow another trip to post office to talk to  postmaster.
like i said in earlier post, not all bad mail delivery  is overseas.
