And don't forget the cost of chasing after the guys who don't send envelopes
to their Incoming BURO sorter. I have cards for close to 500 callsigns but
no envelopes... and I am only the Letter B sorter! I good bit of every card
sorters time is spent sending notices to those that have cards waiting but
no envelopes on file to mail them, and there's a good bit of expense
involved in those mailings and other similar tasks.
