Yes I don't have my 3Y0X card.  Yes I was a $$ contributor.  I didn't
expect to get special speedy treatment.  I just hope that I get it in time
to make a submission prior to the DXCC rate increase (hi hi).  That way I
can continue to donate to the big ones.  The little guys get help from
clubs and foundations which I try to support.  The mail speed and
reliability is part of the game.  What we don't need is a few rotten eggs
who work us, ask for $$, and do not qsl at all.  It just my opinion.  I am
getting antsy about getting 3Y0X cards though.  But if it take longer maybe
I'll appreciate all the more.
