HOLY MACKERAL!!  (putting it politely).  Way  to go, Phil.  One man against 
the British Empire - and HE WINS!!!  
 
Hey- do you want to come stateside for a while and  take on OUR postal 
system??  I went to local office and presented them with  3 pieces of someone else's 
mail that had been delivered to me over 3 different  days this past week.  
Not even on our street.  They were just going to  get it delivered to right 
place.  I said that wasn't the point - something  is wrong with their sorting or 
delivery.   

Congrats again, old boy!
they  couldn't see what the fuss was about.  I wonder how many envelopes with 
 pretty foeign stamps were delivered to the other guy
