There was a report a few days ago that someone had a letter addressed to 
Montenegro returned by the USPS. Their website still doesn't show it in 
the international postage rate calculator.

I sent a card to YU6DZ earlier this week. I addressed it

MONTENEGRO
(Formerly Serbia and Montenegro)<-in pencil

It hasn't come back, so I guess it went through.
