Don’t re-QSL yet - I'm not aware of anyone who has received their H40HL QSL
yet.  I've emailed all the operators and QSL manger ask "what's up".

Time to resubmit? Diffcult to say. This week, I got a directly  send QSL in 
my mailbox
from BA5TT/5 (IOTA AS-138) send in July 2005...patience is always good way. 
Resubmitting is always more expensive than waiting a little more  time...
