Long-awaited QSL from YI9LZ for 40M SSB arrived today. It came in response to registered airmail to Ilian's home address: Ilian Gadzhev, Ul.Pliska 4, ap.6,4300 Karlovo, Bulgaria. Ilian says that listed manager LZ1ZF, Gosho, is too busy at work to deal with any QSLing right now. John, NT5C.
