[Dx-qsl] IRC's revisited

Yes, and I am not supposed to drive my Porsche over 75 MPH on Nevada 
Highways.  HA!
How many people run to the post office and trade in their IRC's compared 
to the rest of us who forward them on to other DX'ers when we are 
requesting QSL's from them.  But at least in the UK you get mail 
delivery and pick up twice a day.
