IRCs per provisions of the UPU:

Likewise, will be asking PMG of HKP to get on to UPU now
that have something straight from the "horse's mouth" in
right contradiction to what UPU has said on the subject.

Does anyone have anything like this for any of the other
"list of shame" postal administrations, where there is
something we can take to UPU to show that a member state
is doing a dirty?
