Bit of trivia for you, Peter... if the QSO was in April '06, you worked 
R1ANF (probably Oleg, the Bellingshausen station commander) on either the 
SteppIR 3L yagi or the SteppIR BiggIR vertical... if you recall, what was 
his signal like?
