[Dx-qsl] Montenegro addresses

Someone  - sorry I deleted by mistake -  gave the
address for YO6AO in www.qrz.com  and it's correct,
but use MONTENEGRO as country-name. 

The reason www.qrz.com still shows Serbia-Montenegro
is that their database is not up to date, and when YO6AO
updated his info, he could not change the name of the
country.

Montenegro just isn't in the www.qrz.com country list!
