Nope Totally different animal. ZV0SB is St. 
Peter/Paul rocks, owned by Brazil in the middle 
of the Atlantic (off the Brazilian coast). 
PY0S/PS7JN is currently operating from that fairly-rare location.

Peter1 Island is off the antarctic coast, 
southwest of Argentina and is extremely rare DX.
