While we are on the subject.

I have heard conflicting stories about the value of the newer IRCs 
that lack the rubber stamp postmark. I have a few of these that lack 
the postmark but they do have a preprinted country of origin in that area.

What's the real story with these? Should I be able to redeem them at 
the PO or not?
