[Dx-qsl] CQ Cancels Jan 20, 2006

I saw it also a couple months ago and let CQ know. They are well aware of
the error. It slipped by everyone until November. I don't have the 2006-2007
calendar but CQ editior Rich, W2VU assures me its OK.
