[Dx-qsl] 3D2RR QSL

Hi Doug,  
I heard 3D2RR in Feb 2005 and received my QSL mid-May 2005.
Enclosed: 2 USD and SAE.
As far as I remember, it was announced, that QSL is via direct
and 2 USD.
