I've asked my postman why so many non USA originating mail is delivered on Saturday and 
Monday with few on other days.
He didn't know but acknowledged that he surely saw the variance.

I wonder if others see this also.
I'm betting it's because it takes 4 days to deliver junk mail and only 2 days to deliver 
anything worthwhile. :-)
