Dear Sirs:

This is to remind you that there is an incoming UA2 QSL Bureau in
Kaliningrad now separate from SRR Bureau in Moscow.  You were duly
informed about this in December 2003.  Regretfully we noted you
continue to use Box 88 for UA2 cards in 2004 and 2005.  Now, when we
finished the transition period, no card from your Bureau will reach us
through Box 88 in Moscow.

Again, kindly make changes in your QSL routes for correct UA2 QSL delivery.
