Congratulations (and sympathies!) Fred!
Question: Have you decided yet what the new W3 buro's policy is going to be
regarding sending in $ for mailing credits as an alternative to sending in
SASE's?

Subject: [Dx-qsl] ARRL Third Call Area Incoming QSL Bureau Changes
As of January 1, 2006 the new address for the ARRL Third Call Area
Incoming QSL Bureau is:
National Capitol DX Association
P. O. Box 1149
Clinton, MD 20735-5149
USA
The bureau's web site is:
http://www.qsl.net/ncdxa
After 11 years at the bureau's helm, Bureau Manager Mary-Ann Crider,
WA3HUP has retired as Bureau Manager. For her stellar service she
received the ARRL President's Award for 2005.
There will be further details forthcoming on both the ARRL and NCDXA
Web Sites in the next few days. Users of the Bureau have nothing to
be concerned about; most of the current sorters are remaining in
their positions and new sorters have been found for all vacant sorting
positions.
73 and Happy New Year to All,
Fred Laun, K3ZO
Manager
