No luck here either Jim (QSO 8 Nov 05). I was just about to e-mail 
Ilian and/or his manager to see what's happening.

But there's another problem too - Last time I checked, Ilian hadn't 
sent documentation to DXCC, so it wouldn't count yet anyway.
