[Dx-qsl] Recv'd S21AR today

Recv'd S21AR today for a 2002 15 mtr contact.  Sent a couple of 
follow-ups and QSL finally arrived at my new QTH address using my SAE.  
Nice Bangladesh stamps on the SAE but I can't read the local lettering 
to see when it was postmarked to determine how long it was in the mail 
system.  The envelope does look as if it had a rough trip here but the 
important thing is it made it.  Thank you Abdur.
