DR Ernie,
Well, I sent buro cards via HL1XP for DS0DX/4 and DS0DX/2 because "via
buro is OK" 
was published in the DX bulletins, but it did not work to me.
Than I mailed a direct request to HL1XP (along with $$ and SAE) in
March 2005, but
I received nothing from him. I used his QRZ.COM address. 
Of course, I tried to contact him, but I got no reply to my e-mail.
If you get something useful on the matter share it with us, please.
